Spike Reid is a fascinating character and he, Nick Robinson and Mauro Engler managed to paddle across the Algarve a few years ago after we first interviewed him on SUPfm in our first season. 

Five years later, Spike is back with more engaging tales of his adventures.

He certainly has been busy, and in this episode we discuss all the trials and tribulations associated with paddling 2,700 km down India's longest river: snakes, crocodiles, team issues and many other interesting paddle tips to do with a mission of this magnitude.
